Edo Komon - 150 Seamless Japanese Patterns

Elements of Japanese Design Vol. 5 contains one hundred and fifty traditional Japanese Edo Komon patterns. All are high resolution, hand made (not procedural) seamless tileable repeating patterns compatible with any 2D or 3D application. They can be used for texture creation, stenciling, masking, backgrounds, etc. In addition to some of the most popular patterns, I have tried to include a wide variety of different types and styles to make this set as versatile as possible.

Each design comes in three file types. A 4k wide PNG and 4k wide TIFF, both white on transparent backgrounds, and an SVG that can be recolored, rescaled, and customized to your specific needs.

The included documentation contains a thumbnail image of each file, as well as the Japanese name, English translation, and filename of each pattern to easily find the pattern you’re looking for.
