Street Props Vol 1

A Street Prop set with 49 unique assets for Unreal Engine 4.20+. Nearly all assets can have their paint or dirt turned on or off and the colors adjusted to help you achieve the setting you want! (asset depending)

This asset pack would be ideal for decorating a street scene, city scene or anything in between

Not only that but there are 21 prefabs to get you started and also give you ideas to help create bigger asset.

UPDATE - For UE 4.25+ the lighting can appear bright this is easily solved by going to Project settings and Unticking "Auto Exposure" and setting "Auto Exposure Bias" to 0
