1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once downloading or streaming of the content begins.

By completing your purchase on FlippedNormals, you:

  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or streaming access begins

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate payment)
  • The product is significantly not as described
  • You experience technical issues that prevent access or use, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
  • You have changed your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not started downloading or streaming any content 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You have changed your mind more than 14 days after purchase
  • You have changed your mind less than 14 days after purchase and have started downloading or streaming the content
  • You no longer need the product
  • You were unable to use the product due to lack of required software, knowledge, or compatibility (please review product requirements before purchasing)

5. How to Request a Refund
