This pack is the first material set of our second industrial structures series, 20 water tower,contained two 3d models which are provided for you to be used in your gaming projects, industrial and urban and architectural  scenes and renders. you can also use various part of each model in your conceptual projects and modeling. From now on, you can have these two models with PBR material in your library. 

The products are modeled with clean topology, UVs, ready for baking and each of them is ready to be subdivided. each product is low poly and can be easily used in game engines.

Two 3d model as FBX , OBJ and MAX (2017) and BLEND .

Both model has PBR textures, VRAY and CORONA renderer in MAX file 

Both models have non-overlapping UVs in both channels 1 and 2.
