Cleaned up, hand-sculpted extra areas missed from scan, remeshed and uv'd into UDIMs

• Uvs - 9 udims
• .mb scene containing LODs, Basic Sand terrain.
• OBJs of LOD100(Low), LOD300(Mid) and LOD400(High)
• This asset is a closed mesh to allow for volumizing for fx sims or various other concepts in Houdini.
