Product description

3D Simplified Skeleton for Artists

An amazing resource for those in need of a 3d reference for skeleton form and volume studies! This model is perfect for understanding the base anatomy and proportions as I have made use of the standard measuring for the average male figure ~8 heads high and it will also aid in figuring out volumes and basic poses for sketches.

WHAT DO I GET?

  • FBX, OBJ, .Blend ZPR and ZTL files
  • 1 Simplified merged skeleton model (OBJ)
  • 1 Simplified separated skeleton model (named bones FBX)
  • Blend file with the skeleton + render setup
  • Zbrush ZPR and ZTL with Separated bones

PLEASE NOTE that the skeleton zbrush files will require ZBrush 2024 and up to open. The other files can be opened in any program supporting OBJ and FBX Formats. Also, the blend file includes everything in the Zbrush files.

FAQ:

References used to make the models?

For this sculpt i made plenty use of medical anatomy books (Sobotta Atlas, Anatomy an essential textbook, Richer), artist references (Goldfinger, Loomis, Bammes, Proko). This is the simplified version, however, so you wont find any over-the-top details!

Is the mesh one complete piece?

This model has separate bones that represent a simplified skele
