The material of these assets is made by myself in the software of Substance Designer, and you can easily customize it.( The .SBS file is included in the package )

What can you control inside Unreal Engine?

- Moss mask

All models have a Moss Mask and you can easily control in Unreal Engine (Mask_Strengh) .

You can also change it to any other Moss Mask

- Roughness

You can control the Intensity of Roughness (Dirt_Roughness)

-Tiling

Tiling is set to 1.0 by default, but you can change it

Package contains Unreal Engine project (4.25.1 engine version)

The package has a  blender file  and you can exported  it in any format (FBX,OBJ)
