<p>This is a cyberpunk Gas Station , built to scale, mid poly. In the preview video you can see it in action inside Unreal Engine.</p>
<p>4K .png PBR and UE textures are included.</p>
<p>This game prop uses just one 4K trim sheet texture set. The details are mixed from good details to basic, in order to really customize this you would have to add some decals like graffiti and other elements in UE5 (or any other 3d software/engine), this is just a good base/starting point.</p>
