Egara - 700+ Traditional Japanese Motifs (graphics)
Elements of Japanese Design Vol. 3 - Egara contains over seven hundred variations of more than a hundred different designs that are intended as a starting point for more complex designs and illustrations. In addition to some of the most historically famous and popular motifs, I have tried to include a wide variety of different design types and styles to make this set as versatile as possible.
All designs come in multiple styles which include some or all of the following: solid black shape, colored shape, black outline, and colored outline. In addition, the colored versions have all been colored using traditional Japanese colors.
All files are high resolution graphics compatible with any 2D or 3D application. Each design comes in three file types. A 4k PNG and 4k TIFF, both on transparent backgrounds, and an SVG that can be recolored, rescaled, and customized to your specific needs.
As an added bonus, in addition to the simpler designs I have included sixteen more complex illustrations of traditional Japanese motifs. There are also seventeen example images* that demonstrate what can be done with customizing and combining this set with “Elements of Japanese Design” volumes 1 and 2, Wagara and Kamon.
