An Asian Inspired Fantasy Town with 70+ unique assets for Unreal Engine 4.20+. Nearly all buildings can have their colors changed for great flexibility when creating your level!

Not only that but there are just over 30 prefabs to get you started and also give you ideas to help create bigger asset as well as a water material, simple particle effects and Parallax Occlusion based floor and wall materials to help simulate a 3D effect on textures like brick work.
