Hello Everyone :

• This is Gray Coat Comes with Specular and Metalness PBR.
• The photo been rendered using Marmoset Toolbag 3 (real time game engine )
• We put a lots of photo in the presentation of the model to try show all the details in the model .
• About the extra fabric show in the bottom of the coat,this extra piece added because if you put this coat on character and when he moves or run the coat will move with him and this extra piece will show as the same texture and details as the main coat does , you can still very easily remove it if you want,by select this bottom edge and remove all the faces that include this piece.

• Can be easily downgrade the texture from 8K to your desired resolution.
