Grizzly Bear Ecorche ( Ursus Arctos Horribilis ) 

Full anatomy model with proper naming, includes a full skeleton, superficial/deep muscles and basic skin overlay.

I would definitely recommend using other sources as well, such as anatomy books. 

Zbrush Tool - Limbs, main torso and head have all been split into separate folders with proper naming for each muscle. 

Tendon connections have also been painted in the Zbrush tool. ( polypaint )
