GTRS - Car Studio Lighting Creation in Maya - Tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-w6WswHDKg
In this Tutorial I'll show you all my workflow to create a CG realistic car studio lighting during 14 hours of video content!
There is 2 hours of video tutorial with audio comment and video edit where I explain you all the necessary things to know. Then you will be able to refer to the full Raw recorded video without editing to look more in depth on how I apply the techniques. This way that will be easier for you to follow and apply, but also give you access to any little subtle part you would like to see.
"Note that it's not a "classic" car lighting tutorial. Here we will not use complex CarPaint material, we will not use HDRI and a lot of complex areaLights placement. It's all about my workflow I share with you fully based on photographic reference to study light physic and replice light bouncing. It's also mainly based on the studio environnement creation."
You will also get the final environement Car Lighting Studio Scene as Maya Project. So you can just open it, put your car model and hit render!
(!! The car model is not provide !!)
Note that this is not a beginner tutorial, you should at least have basics knowledge on each software.
