There is also no paid studio option for using the pack.

How to use the Industrial Sci-Fi Lab Pack:

• Extract Industrial Sci-Fi Lab Pack
• Open your scene.
• Go To File- Append.
• Select the Asset Pack Blend File.
• Go To Collection And Select - "Industrial Sci-Fi Lab Pack".
