<p data-start="598" data-end="787">The Licensor grants the Licensee a <strong data-start="633" data-end="689">non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license</strong> to use the Product for commercial or non-commercial purposes under the terms of this Agreement.</p>
<h2 data-start="794" data-end="814">2. Scope of Use</h2>
<ul data-start="815" data-end="1318">
<li data-start="815" data-end="990">
<p data-start="817" data-end="990">The Product may be used by the Licensee in <strong data-start="860" data-end="883">commercial projects</strong> with a total budget, revenue, or production cost <strong data-start="933" data-end="987">not exceeding USD $1,000,000 (one million dollars)</strong>.</p>

<li data-start="991" data-end="1117">
<p data-start="993" data-end="1117">The Product may be used by an <strong data-start="1023" data-end="1048">individual freelancer</strong> or a <strong data-start="1054" data-end="1064">studio</strong> (provided it is under the above budget threshold).</p>

<li data-start="1118" data-end="1318">
<p data-start="1120" data-end="1318">The Product may be incorporated into derivative works (such as visual assets, media, or interactive content) for distribution, provided the Product itself is not redistributed in whole or in part.</p>

<h2 data-start="1325" data-end="1345">3. Restrictions</h2>
<p data-start="1346" data-end="1745">The Licensee <strong data-start="1359" data-end="1370">may not</strong>:<br data-start="1371" data-end="1374"/>a. Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Product in its original form, modified form, or as part of any competing product.<br data-start="1518" data-end="1521"/>b. Share, upload, or distribute the Product in a way that allows third parties to extract or reuse it independently of the Licensee’s project.<br data-start="1663" data-end="1666"/>c. Claim ownership or intellectual property rights over the original Product.</p>
<h2 data-start="1752" data-end="1781">4. Intellectual Property</h2>
<p data-start="1782" data-end="1923">The Product remains the sole intellectual property of the Licensor. The Licensee receives usage rights only as described in this Agreement.</p>
<h2 data-start="1930" data-end="1949">5. Termination</h2>
<p data-start="1950" data-end="2127">This Agreement is effective until terminated. If the Licensee breaches any terms, the license will automatically terminate, and the Licensee must cease all use of the Product.</p>
<h2 data-start="2134" data-end="2166">6. Disclaimer of Warranties</h2>
<p data-start="2167" data-end="2357">The Product is provided <strong data-start="2191" data-end="2202">“as is”</strong> without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.</p>
<h2 data-start="2364" data-end="2385">7. Governing Law</h2>
<p data-start="2386" data-end="2489">This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.</p>
<p data-start="2496" data-end="2615"><strong data-start="2496" data-end="2613">By downloading, installing, or using the Product, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.</strong></p>
