Not only Stamp overlays, you can actually paint with them.
Ideal for sketches, good base for illustrations, concept art, matte painting
The Brushes are tested and compatible with Photoshop CC and Procreate 5.0 as well (according to the latest software descriptions you should be able to import .abr files into Clip Studio Paint v1.10.5 or newer, Affinity Photo v2.0 and Substance Painter as well, but can't guarantee)

PLEASE NOTE: The brushes are not glowing by default. To get the glow effect please check the “Neon_Layer_Effect.psd” file if you're using Photoshop.
Don't forget to extract your brushes after download them!
