Origin Tool for Blender

A simple addon to quickly move around the origin on an object.

Installation

Simply unpack the zip file and place all content in your addons folder, then activate the tool in your preferences, look for HEXOriginTool.
It's recommended to add a keymap for the operator, look for mesh.set_origin_to_selection

How to use

Object mode
If you have an object selected and run the tool it will try to center the Origin based on the entire object
If you have two objects selected and run the tool, it will move of the Origin of the object that is not active, to the center of the active object

Edit mode
When you run the tool it will move the objects Origin to the center of whatever you have selected, verts, polygons or edges
If you have two objects selected, select only verts etc on one object, when you run the tool, it will move the Origin of the object which you did not select to the selection on the other object.

Currently, it does not work with more than 2 objects
