Parametric Concrete is a fully procedural concrete material with deep parameter control and a complete PBR texture set. It runs in Substance 3D Designer, Painter, and Sampler, and exports cleanly to real-time engines and offline renderers (Metal/Rough and Spec/Gloss workflows).

ENTERPRISE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Product: VC Parametric Concrete Licensor: Veil City Licensee: [The purchasing company identified at checkout]
Effective Date: Date of purchase. Scope: Enterprise - Unlimited seats within one legal entity.
1) Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on unlimited seats within Licensee’s single legal entity (including wholly-owned subsidiaries) for creating and delivering Licensee’s own projects.
2) What You Receive</h2>
The Product may include:
<ul>
<li>Runtime assets: .sbsar (and accompanying textures), and preview files.</li>
<li>(Optional/If provided) Source files: .sbs, graphs and any build scripts (Source Files).</li>
<li>Documentation and promotional imagery.</li>
</ul>
Note: Source Files are not included by default. If Source Files are provided under a separate purchase or addendum, Section 7 applies.
<h2>3) Permitted Uses</h2>
Licensee may:
<ul>
<li>Use the Product in unlimited commercial and personal projects, including games, films, VFX, real-time apps, broadcast, and visualization.</li>
<li>Bake and ship derivative textures (e.g., BaseColor/Normal/Roughness/Metallic/Spec/AO/Height) inside Licensee’s Deliverables (games, apps, films, renders).</li>
<li>Render and distribute stills and videos featuring the Product.</li>
<li>Provide access to the Product to Licensee’s employees and on-site or remote contractors strictly for Licensee’s projects, provided they act under this EULA and Licensee’s supervision.</li>
<li>Make archival backups.</li>
</ul>
<h2>4) Restrictions</h2>
Licensee shall not:
<ul>
<li>Sell, sublicense, share, gift, distribute, or make available the Product files themselves (including .sbsar and, if applicable, Source Files) to any third party, marketplace, repository, or client as standalone assets.</li>
<li>Repackage the Product (or variations/presets) as a competing material/library, template pack, or tool.</li>
<li>Use the Product or any derived data to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or AI models, or to build any generative model.</li>
<li>Remove or obscure copyright notices, watermarks, or metadata.</li>
<li>Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Source Files from compiled formats.</li>
<li>Use the Product in violation of any law or export control.</li>
</ul>
<h2>5) Distribution of Deliverables</h2>
Licensee may ship Deliverables (games, apps, films, renders) that include baked textures produced from the Product. End-users of Licensee’s Deliverables must not gain access to the Product files themselves.
<h2>6) Seats &amp; Access Control</h2>
<ul>
<li>Unlimited seats within Licensee’s legal entity; no floating to unrelated entities.</li>
<li>Licensee must implement reasonable access controls so only authorized personnel/contractors can access the Product files.</li>
</ul>
<h2>7) (Only if Source Files are Provided)</h2>
If Source Files are supplied by Licensor (via separate purchase or written addendum):
<ul>
<li>Source Files remain confidential and may be used solely to build textures/materials for Licensee’s projects.</li>
<li>No redistribution, posting, or sharing of Source Files (including internal public repos) outside the Licensee’s organization.</li>
<li>Modifications are allowed for internal use; the modified sources are treated as Source Files under this EULA.</li>
<li>If contractors need access, they must be under NDA and use files only for Licensee’s work; upon completion, they must delete copies.</li>
</ul>
<h2>8) Ownership</h2>
The Product is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, to the Product and Source Files. Licensee owns its Deliverables (subject to this EULA).
<h2>9) Support</h2>
Enterprise license includes priority support via <a href="mailto:fonkydope.reserve@gmail.com" target="_blank">fonkydope.reserve@gmail.com</a> during normal business hours, for installation and usage questions related to the Product.
<h2>10) Warranties &amp; Disclaimers</h2>
The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
<h2>11) Liability Cap</h2>
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor’s aggregate liability under this EULA shall not exceed the total fees paid by Licensee for the Product. Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
<h2>12) Term &amp; Termination</h2>
This EULA is effective on the Effective Date and continues perpetually. Licensor may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use of the Product and delete all copies, except that already-shipped Deliverables may continue to be distributed.
<h2>13) Assignment</h2>
Licensee may not assign or transfer this EULA without Licensor’s prior written consent, except to a successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, provided the successor agrees to this EULA.
<h2>14) Audit (Lightweight)</h2>
Upon reasonable notice (not more than once per 12 months), Licensee agrees to provide written certification of compliance by an officer or authorize a limited remote review of access controls. Licensor will keep non-public information confidential.
<h2>15) Confidentiality</h2>
Any non-public information received from the other party that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential shall be protected with reasonable care and used only as necessary to perform under this EULA.
<h2>16) Entire Agreement; Amendments</h2>
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the Product and supersedes all prior understandings. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
