When you purchase this product you get 10 node groups which all have their own purpose and with which you can create procedural irises. You can also later bake the pattern you've created down to texures and use them in other software.
You also get an example file (the iris in the thumbnail) and a short PDF manual.
The node groups have been created in Blender 2.9 so that is the version you should use.
