reSpeed(maya script)

tested in maya 2018 (python 2) and 2022 (python 3)
1. put file realTimeRespeed.py to maya scripts folder
2. run script command from file runCommand.py
Applied only on translate and rotate channels.

1. Effect slider
overall effect  blend  new reSpeed time and original
2. easeInOut slider
easeInOut slider blend start and end of recorded speed and original,
very useful because it's hard to smoothly in and out of current timeLine
3. playback slider
speed at which recording will be playing, useful to make
slower speed at short time recording
4. Offset frames slider
how many frames will playing before start recording,
useful to have time before start moving slider at correct frame
