It is a completely procedural and customizable substance material. There are various parameters that can be used in order to create from old and broken to the new and undamaged tiles +100 different tile patterns based on SVG

• SBSAR file, which can be utilized in Substance Painter or in your favorite 3D software, you can also use Substance Player to export textures at different resolutions.


• Some of the exported tile textures  (Basecolor, Normal, Height, Roughness, Ambient Occlusion)
