This building is made by a modular asset and with some tileable textures combined with trim sheets, apart from some individual texture sets. The complete building has approximately 600k faces. This pack uses 3 instance materials and 1 master material combining trim sheets. The model worked beautifully in unreal engine 4.

Note:
– The Maya model does not include a second UV Map for lightmaps, lightmap generated automatically in UE4.
– The model does not include any LOD sublevel meshes.
- Additional Control for base map and roughness map in instance material.
