UNREAL - Clean/Horror School Environment
*Please note this package is set-up inside of unreal engine 4 2.23 or higher, but also comes with the fbx files and texture files in separate folders so that it can be used in any 3d software without unreal engine.*
A very nice and large package that contains everything you need to create modular school environments and can even be used to create other generic interior environments!
On top of this thanks to our special shader that is included you can quickly turn the environment in to a horror/post-apocalyptic environment.
This pack contains the following:
- 126 unique assets.
- 164 material instances which all use two master materials.
- 16 decals including scratching, leaking and blood
- 3 demo scenes, One clean version of the school, one horror version and a scene with all the assets laid out.
Out master material has control for almost every texture map you can think of, next to this is has inputs for dirt masks, world space dust and much more! You can find more information about the material on our store page!
The demo scenes are fully set up inside unreal engine 4 and created using only assets included in the pack.
All assets contain LOD's, collision and optimized lightmap uv's with all the correct settings applied.
All you have to do is drag it in your level or you can of course use the levels included.
