Skill Level

Beginner to Intermediate: You don’t need prior experience creating real-time hair, but you should be comfortable with Maya and understand the basics of hair cards. If you’re already familiar with hair workflows, this will help you refine your process and better understand production-ready techniques.

I'm Hazel Brown, and I'm a Lead Hair Artist at Roarty Digital. I started my journey into 3D whilst studying Game Art at De Montfort University in the UK. I worked as a Character Artist for five years on before switching to specializing in Hair at Roarty Digital, where I’ve worked on many different AAA games.
